Homecare Interact made its debut in Kansas City at the HCAOA Conference this month. We had an amazing time and met with some of the best faces in home care. We were very encouraged by all of the positive feedback, new clients and connections made. Our CEO, Emily Warren, and board member, Britt Knighton were in attendance. They felt that the convention was a wonderful way to connect with others in the home care space but also a great platform to speak to leaders in eldercare about the importance of social media. Many franchise owners know it’s important but don’t have the time or resources to create a new role that can manage all of their locations. That’s where Homecare Interact steps in and takes this task off their plate. The three questions Emily and Britt heard the most were:
